Hi friends, in this blog, we going to reading about fear and what is reason behind it? And how to face it? Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by being aware of danger a feeling of being afraid. Then here I will telling you simple way to overcome fear. I say it now itself, the only way to overcome fear is to "Walk with a swagger". Being with a swagger is one of the tool to overcome fear and it's important step also.

Just dare the fear with a question "Are you greater than me?".

Where is your fear?
Fear is nothing, but it created by yourself. Start asking questions yourself first. When you start asking yourself, then whatever the challenge comes, you can face both from inside to outside. You can ask questions like "Is it a big deal or nothing?" "Which one of us is bigger?" "Who is great you or me?"
Here I asking simple question "Who is strong and fearless animal? Is it dog or lion?" The answer will be "Lion". Now unrealistic question "What animal will choose between lion and dog?" Most time we say "We chose the lion". What will lion do if he face the problem? Will it move a step forward or backward? Mostly it will move forward while facing the challenges. It's very simple fundamental thing you have to do is for facing fear by "Step Forward ". Just step forward in all the one you feared most. That it, you can see clearly and you fear will reduce. Or "Do it for only once". Then you will get the clarity.
If we going backwards?
What will happen when you step backward? Is it give you more clarity or confusion? If you step backward at first sight, then it may become habit. And it simple activation our defence system like flight mode. Again what will you do when you are fear, you will simple step backward and it will increase you face more. So what we should do when we have fear? What should we do? "We have to step forward like a lion".
Do you have fear of speech in competition? Never stand at the back, just stand up move to front. If your teacher beating you for mistake, step in front. For my own experience, if your teacher beating you, then stay and face it. Otherwise you will face more pain and more beating. If you have fear of other, step in front of them. Then they don't have guts to speak in front of you. Let us do whatever other say. When you start go backward, you will fall. Is it yes or no? When you going backward without knowing what is at your back. You can continue going backward and finally you will fall down. When you step front, you will get clarity and see the problem clearly.
For example, if you are in dark place and cannot understand what going on and you filled with feared, then you start going back. What will happen to your fear? Is it increase or decrease? It will increase your fears. But when you step forward, then you can feel better. Whatever it can be let's face it. "When you get practiced against the fear, then you will get stronger and see more clearly and clarity. When you get clarity, What will happen? Your fear will decrease.
Face the problem face to face:
What is stand in between you and fear? It's you and only your thoughts. If you stand against it, then you can achieve anything. When you have fear of something, then do it again and again. Then you will have knowledge of what will happen at if it doesn't work? What is biggest fear you have? For me, its driving. For you, it's maybe speech in public or crossing the street or traffic roads. What should we do? First Should we stand or do the work which you fear more? Then will you fear go away? If you want to overcome fear, then you have to do it slowly. Fear is create because you ever met with an accident or dreams in your childhood. Because most of fear we have is still in our minds. Isn't real itself?
At first you fell down because you didn't have awareness. But now, you have the awareness, the you won't fall down always. What I asking is? Just ask yourself a question before doing any work, "So what?". Just walk forward and see. What will happen. Maybe you fall down, what will you do? Just you will get up and move forward, that it. When you will fear come, you think you will fall down. Just think, if you lose the control and fall down, then what will happen? You just need to get up and move forward. How do you get up by backward or forward? By pulling you against the ground and push forward. Same when you forward your thoughts and action, you will get clarity and see problem before other.
If i am fearing of driving, then just drive and concentrate for next 100 metres. Then you will stopping fearing it. Because you have confine in yourself. When you have to step forward in your life. Before you fear for life, then just get into it and see. Then life will start fearing by you. Because you are going to different level and never give up.
If we liked something, then we will never give up:
If you have stage fear, then What should you do? When you get opportunities, just say "I can do it and move forward". Most of us will have fear of our first work at starting, isn't it? But what happen now? It's gone. You are coming out of it slowly. When your fear is increasing at work, then your life are over. Then what we should do. What must we do, "Is it one time problem or not? What we need to do?". We need to do it again and again for it, we must start doing it.
When we were in our younger ages as boys, When we started our trip to Goa, after going near 15 to 20 KM with all your dress and other things packed. Will you reach Goa or return back for getting some thing? Even if rain or cyclone comes, then you will say or feel that let go and see, atleast cyclone also. Because I know that Goa is many people dream place. During Covid period and lock down, temple like Thirupathi Tirumala is closed, but our parents will say "It's OK, let go and step the sanithanam once and come back, no need to watch the God".
Conclusion:
Many of recent student have fears for the NEET exam, so he fears more and more about exam, then he isn't going to exam. Everyone will just go try once and see. After the exam, your half of fear will reduce. After entering the hall, you are like "It's OK, let us try and finish it. After the exam, you feel light and have clear mind. One who crosses the half way without any problem, then I am sure that you will come out of it. One who decides and jumps into the well, then he will surely come out of it. But not at first try, but after day by day improvement. One who has fear to jump, they will never learn the swim and swinging. They will not come out of it this drama. Then what should we do first?
First, jump into your fear. Then you will know how to come out of your fear. Unless you jump into the fear, you will never know what is fear. Then you will never come out of fear.
